I started with a software platform, while still a student. That experience continues to shape how I see founders, companies, and the work it takes to build and grow a company.

Backing the next generation
My focus is early-stage technology investing across AI, Web3, fintech, health, biotech, aerospace, and other emerging technologies. I am also an LP in more than 10 venture funds across the US and Europe.
2017
Co-founding MultiversX
I co-founded MultiversX, originally Elrond, and helped build the company and ecosystem from their earliest stages. I served as COO until January 2023 and remain a co-founder.
I launched Soft32 while still a student. It grew into a global software platform with more than 150,000 applications and 10 million monthly users. ITNT, the company behind it, was recognized by Deloitte and Inc. among Europe’s fastest-growing technology companies.
Looking back across the companies I’ve built and backed, I keep returning to one question: what has just become possible? The implications can reach well beyond the businesses built around a new capability.

I started Soft32 in 2001, while I was still a student at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE). It was called Softrom.ro then, and it was aimed at Romanian users.
At 13 and 14, I won national titles in the 50 m, 100 m, and long jump. In 2017, I completed an Ironman. Sport has been a constant thread through my life.
